When Jude's family is chosen to carry out a violent mission for the biblically-accurate angel that they are harboring in their attic, the threads of Jude's faith begin to fray. As her sister Gloria, a modern-day prophet, grows more deeply entrenched with the angel, Jude grapples with the ramifications of what it really means to be an agent of God. While her family prepares dozens of pipe bombs, and Jude works to save her sister from herself, she must ask: is she the one who needs saving?
